For 138 years, Lifewords has helped people across the world encounter the Bible in ways that bring hope, dignity and transformation. Together with supporters like you, we have shared Scripture in over 1,000 languages and helped millions of people engage with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Today, that entire global work is at serious risk.

Recently, we have faced a serious challenge: the costs of printing, shipping, and digital resource development have risen sharply, while overall donation income has decreased. As a result, Lifewords is facing the real possibility of having to shrink our operations dramatically, directly threatening our mission. This lack of funding blocks our ability to produce and distribute the vital Scripture resources that churches and communities worldwide urgently need.

Yet, in direct response to urgent demands for resources from all over the world, we have developed FOUND – an outreach booklet based on the story of the Prodigal Son from Luke 15. It is a direct invitation for anyone who feels lost to take a step of faith and come home to God’s love. We have prepared it for this initial launch in the five languages where the need is currently greatest: English, French, Spanish, Polish, and Brazilian Portuguese – the first steps in a broader multi-language pipeline.

These new Bible resources are fully designed, both for physical ministry and perfectly optimised for smartphones to put the Gospel directly onto the screens of millions – bypassing borders, overcoming physical restrictions, and reaching people instantly, right where they are. But the entire pipeline is frozen.
